Hello! I’m Kiara, and I enjoy working with couples and adult individuals. I have a big heart for others and use a blend of CBT, EFT, EMDR, and a psychodynamic lens to promote healing—which I believe is limitless. I am trained in Prepare and Enrich, supporting couples in various seasons of their relationships, especially in pre-marital counseling. I also offer faith-based integration for clients who desire it, as it promotes a deeper understanding of life’s complexity and how we can find meaning through God’s word and encouragement.
I have experience working with individuals navigating identity, stress, anxiety, trauma, and depression. I am passionate about providing keen insight to clients and strive to deepen the understanding of attachment wounds, trauma, and symptoms that often stem from nervous system dysregulation and unhealthy relationship dynamics.
