I have worked with individuals from adolescence through adulthood, in groups, and individual settings. I want to first say congratulations on your healing journey! My approach for counseling is CBT, DBT and motivational interviewing. The areas I specialize in is addiction, trauma, depression, and anxiety to name a few. I have over 5 years in the mental health field and over 3 years’ experience working with the addiction population.
