Color Wheel Therapy, PLLC strives to provide a down-to-earth therapeutic environment to decrease the stigma of mental illness in the Black community and to normalize conversations about mental wellness through a structured, honest, and empathic therapy process. I have worked with adults and teens in various settings including individual therapy, intensive outpatient, family therapy, and couples therapy. Other interests include cultural issues, life transitions, trauma (sexual, relational, and workplace), grief and loss, and sexuality. I am also trained in EMDR, DBT, and trauma-informed care.
