The main general issue I can help you to overcome is Anxiety. Together, we can shift thinking habits and related beliefs that can get "stuck," like catastrophizing (i.e. worst case scenarios), making assumptions (i.e. how others are judging or being impacted), and self-criticizing. You will learn concrete strategies for maintaning progress between sessions.
