Therapy for children and adolescents is not a cookie-cutter experience. I work with both the child and their caregiver to set goals that we can track along the way. The therapy models that I often integrate into my sessions are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I see youth aged 3 to 19.
