My ideal client may feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. They may be navigating anxiety, depression, emotional regulation challenges, or life transitions, and feel unsure where to begin. They often want relief from constant stress, greater emotional balance, and tools to better understand themselves. Many individuals are seeking a supportive, nonjudgmental space where they can slow down, feel heard, and work toward meaningful change at their own pace. This is the therapeutic space I provide!
I provide warm, trauma-informed therapy for teens and adults. Using CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and skill-building, I tailor sessions to each client’s needs. I focus on emotional regulation, practical coping tools, and creating a safe, collaborative space. I am also currently working towards EMDR certification.
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you’ve been carrying a lot alone. You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin. If you’re looking for a calm, supportive space to feel understood and move forward at your own pace, I’d be honored to support you when you’re ready.
