I take an active and collaborative approach to therapy, drawing primarily from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and a person-centered style. My goal is to help adolescents, young adults, and their families uncover what’s getting in the way of growth, build resilience, and move toward living with clarity and purpose. I strive to create a space where clients feel heard and supported, while also being encouraged to participate fully in the therapeutic process. Sessions are engaging and practical, blending insight with action so that what we do together carries over into real life!

I offer individual counseling, as well as group and family therapy. My experience spans working with adolescents and young adults in intensive outpatient programs, university counseling centers, and private practice. I value supporting clients who may be treatment-reluctant or navigating unique challenges, while also welcoming those seeking general support.

The Young Adult Male Support Group helps young men face the challenges of early adulthood. Grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and a person-centered approach, the group emphasizes active participation, open dialogue, and skill-building. Members explore identity, relationships, stress, transitions, and the pressures of “figuring it out.” Together, we focus on resilience, emotional expression, and healthier coping.
