Hi there! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of New Jersey. I offer counseling services for youth, adults, couples, and families. Primarily, I use Cognitive Behavior Therapy to address various problems.
CBT allows us to identify thoughts, beliefs, feelings, emotional reasoning, and behaviors that prevent one from making decisions that will drive positive results. Additionally, I use integrative therapeutic approaches that increase effectiveness of treatment outcomes based on the need of the individual.
