I integrate evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches including EMDR, CBT, and Exposure Therapy to assist with issues such as: trauma, grief, regulating emotions, interpersonal difficulties, anxiety, self-harm, depression, race-based stress, SOGIE (Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity and Expression) concerns, and life transitions.
I curate a warm, collaborative, and compassionate atmosphere and emphasize your unique strengths. I also prioritize providing a safe and validating therapeutic environment for BIPOC individuals, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and other minorities surviving under oppressive societal systems.
