I see clients of all ages; however, I usually see the adolescent population. I have seen clients with various diagnoses including anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, behavior issues, and neurodevelopmental disorders.
My primary approach to counseling is a mixture of person-centered therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy. I hope to show clients that everything it takes to solve problems, cope, and heal are already within their capacity. Reframing our thoughts is the key to feeling better, and in turn our behavior will reflect how we feel.
I am a newly Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate and look forward to providing counseling services in my community. I welcome all ages!
