I have worked for over 18 years with children, adolescents, adults and families in overcoming their obstacles in mental health and addiction to walk in healing.
Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mixed in with some Motivational Interviewing, humor when appropriate, compassion and encouragement with accountability are typically the ways I help my clients. I come from a strengths based perspective.
