I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with a focus on teens and tweens who are struggling with depression (low mood, suicidal thoughts, self-harm), anxiety (persistent worry, panic attacks, social insecurity), and/or eating disorders (anorexia, bulimia). I also work with younger children and their parents who are having big outbursts at home. I am experienced in childhood trauma and welcome children who have been victims of abuse and neglect to my practice. In addition to my work with youth and parents, I support couples going through challenging life-stage transitions (engagement/newlywed, child-rearing, retirement).

In our work together, we will identify unhelpful patterns of coping and communication in order to develop new skills to help manage stress and increase connectedness and trust between loved ones.

I believe that healing happens in relationship. This means that I am dedicated to building a supportive therapeutic relationship with you as well as helping you increase the support in your family and romantic relationships.
