Sometimes our worries about what our parents, friends, and loved ones think can affect our mood and even the way we see ourselves. Getting others to see your point of view can feel impossible and isolating. That's where I come in! Clients often come to me to learn healthy ways to express their individual needs, set healthy boundaries, and improve relationships within their family. From parent-child relationships to the relationship with your self, all are welcome in my office.
In sessions we will work together to understand the root cause of your issues. Through an Emotion-Focused perspective (EFT) I will help you dig to the bottom of your concerns, cultivate healthy ways to manage stressors, and grow into the best you. I work with individuals and families in a safe and nurturing office space.
