Have you ever felt overwhelmed trying to balance the demands of work while managing home life with kids? As a child and family therapist at Impact Psychological Services, I specialize in supporting clients across the lifespan. I help children find their voices and express big feelings, while also creating space for adults to explore how their childhood and past experiences may shape their present. Together, we work to process feelings of sadness, worry, and frustration. My therapeutic approach is rooted in attachment theory, with specialized training in Child Parent Psychotherapy and Circle of Security.

I utilize a variety of strength based, person centered modalities to meet an individual’s needs. I collaborate with clients to improve self-awareness, empowering them to fully take charge of their lives. As a result clients may develop deeper inner peace, emotional freedom, stronger self-esteem, and more fulfilling relationships with oneself and others.

I earned my MSW from NYU and a Master’s in Child Development from Sarah Lawrence. Life can feel like a rollercoaster—together, we can seek clarity, meaning, and growth. I am an out-of-network provider and can provide detailed receipts (superbills) you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
