I also specialize in working with LGBTQ+ clients, and those navigating issues related to race, religion/spirituality, or gender identity. My approach is rooted in empathy, advocacy, and creating a safe, inclusive space for healing.
I tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Strengths-Based approaches, and Motivational Interviewing. When working with children, I often incorporate hands-on creative activities like art and crafts.
As someone whose personal identity shapes and informs my work, I’m especially passionate about supporting individuals who feel unseen or unheard in other spaces.
