My passion is rooted in working with individuals who may find themselves faced with life challenges of depression, anxiety, and trauma, as well as cultural specific barriers faced in the Black and POC community. I’m also a Qualified Supervisor for Mental Health Counselors in the state of Florida. My approach focuses on guiding counselors through case concepualization, exploring both therapy style and niche, along with preparing for licensure exam.
I enjoy helping others embrace their power. Although my primary way of helping others address these hardships is through a cognitive and behavioral approach, I believe integrating techniques catered to the individual is optimal for change. I'll walk on this journey with you, co-creating a safe environment that encourages exploration and growth.
