I’m experienced in the evidence-based treatment modalities of CBT, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy; CPT, Cognitive Processing Therapy and EMDR, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing therapy. We will work together to build a trusting relationship from which you feel safe to explore the past, present and future.
