Hi! My name is Keysha Miller, reaching out for therapy takes courage, and you don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. I work with individuals who are experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and everyday life stressors. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. I work with children, teens, young adults, couples, and families. I have extensive experience supporting adolescents who are struggling with conduct concerns, anxiety, depression, and school refusal. I also help individuals and families strengthen communication, improve relationships, and build healthier patterns within the home and in their daily lives.

My approach is strength-based and collaborative. I incorporate cognitive and behavioral therapy techniques along with a task-centered approach to help clients build practical skills they can use in real life.
