My name is Keylea D’Arcy. I received my Master of Science in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University and my Bachelor's degree in Child Development from Siena Heights University. I enjoy working with families and individuals of all ages and orientations. I am especially passionate about working with those suffering from trauma and trauma-related difficulties. Using evidence-based practices helps individuals identify their true passion and belonging in the world, guiding them in learning how to cope with stress, anxiety, and depression.
My therapeutic approach is integrative, blending elements from different methodologies to best fit your needs. I believe that therapy is a collaborative journey where each individual brings their unique stories, strengths, and challenges. My role is to listen deeply, understand your perspective, and respect your experiences.
Together, we will explore the challenges you face, identify patterns that may be holding you back, and develop strategies to enhance your well-being. Our creative space together will be safe and comfortable, welcoming vulnerability and beginning the growth process to reach your life's maximum potential.
