I enjoy working from an emotion-focused lens with an emphasis in trauma work. I often utilize EMDR to work through trauma or stuck points. In therapeutic relationships, I value genuine connection, warmth, and acceptance. With empathy and empowerment, we can begin to untangle stories, process grief, relieve anxiety/depression, or address trauma.
