The clinicians at Key to Recovery Services have a variety of skills sets including practicing CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Training of Adoption Competency, Trauma Focused CBT and aspects of mindfulness.
