About
I have early afternoon openings both virtually and in person. Email is the best way to reach out to me. I work well with shy children, college-age students, and young adults. I had the experiences of living in different countries/cities, which fostered my interest and passion for supporting immigrants, bi-racial/multi-racial clients, and international students with struggles in life transitions. I also worked in the foster care system, school system, and private practice to help kids and young adults/professionals to work on their anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship issues.
I believe in the human-centered and existentialism approach and use techniques from CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, and Play Therapy to support my clients. I endeavor to be an eclectic counselor and I am a life learner to discover helpful tools for my clients.
I believe "Everyone is the expert of their life". I strives to provide a safe, welcoming, non-judgemental space for my clients and value a strong therapeutic relationship nurture clients' growth.
