I have been a licensed mental health professional for over two decades with a primary focus working with adults who experience anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and trauma. I like to challenge my clients to experience a healthier you. My general therapeutic approach is through cognitive behavioral health techniques, connecting thoughts, behaviors, and feelings to a healthier you. My preference is working with late adolescents to older adults with anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and trauma.
It's important to meet the clients where they are. I bring an approach to the counseling process based on my professional and personal experiences. Clients appreciate the realness that I bring to each session.

My approach to gathering important information on the first session is done in a way that is driven by the client based on my curiosity and reasons why clients decide to seek therapy.
