About
Therapy begins with the relationship and is nurtured with support and non-judgmental feedback during the counseling process. Our work will be genuine and understanding of individual life experiences which will support exploration and healthy changes in your life. I work with a range of clinical issues including trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties and addiction. I am experienced working with diverse ethnic, racial, and socio-economic client populations.
My practice draws on over ten years of clinical work, which will be used to develop a treatment that is focused on utilizing your strengths. We will assess your personal learning style and use treatment modalities that have evidence to support their effectiveness including Interpersonal Psychotherapy and Cognitive Behavior Therapy.
Therapy has the potential to be a healing and empowering experience leading to great personal growth and understanding. Lets begin your journey to a better you.
