Treating Pornography Addiction; Book Study for Men

Starting August 20th, this weekly therapy group will help individuals who are seeking freedom from compulsive pornography use understand the emotional, psychological, and behavioral patterns that contribute to addiction. Using 'Treating Pornography Addiction' by Dr. Kevin Skinner, participants will explore the underlying factors that fuel compulsive behaviors while developing practical tools for lasting recovery. This is a therapist-led process group that combines group discussion & self-reflection in a confidential environment. The group is appropriate for individuals at any stage of recovery. Please purchase the book prior to joining the group. Insurance is accepted or $25 private pay per group
