I view counseling as a pathway toward greater wholeness, vulnerability, and the courage to take meaningful risks in pursuit of a fuller life. While I practice within the same professional and ethical framework as other clinicians, my work is shaped by a Christian worldview that informs my understanding of healing and growth.
I work with individuals, adolescents, couples, and families. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, spiritual formation, premarital and marital counseling, infertility, and addiction. I take an integrative, relational approach to therapy and specialize as a Level 2 trained Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist.
I earned my Master of Arts in Counseling from Reformed Theological Seminary and live in Longmont, Colorado with my wife. Outside the therapy room, you’ll often find us enjoying good food, cycling, or exploring the mountains together.
