I provide evidence based treatments that I believe in. I do this because I want to help people decrease and/or cope with any suffering they are experiencing quickly and efficiently. I often work with clients who have been to therapy before and still have goals that have not been achieved. I use research to help me determine what the most effective treatment can be. I also make adjustments for each person as needed. I will sit with you and work through any challenges & pain you bring while helping you make the changes needed to make progress. By being compassionate, sincere and hard-working I will help you achieve your goals.

I am a DBT Certified Clinician through the Linehan Board of Certification. Specializing in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy with 200 hours of training in DBT. I also am trained in Prolonged Exposure Therapy for PTSD, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), CBT for Insomnia and CBT for ADHD. I incorporate mindfulness into all of my work.

I currently have openings for individual therapy for day time in-person or telehealth appointments. Please note I do not have evening (after 4:00pm) or weekend availability for individual therapy. Comprehensive DBT Additional Fees Clients typically begin in Stage 1 of Treatment and reassess after six months. During the initial six months of treatment, there is a private pay flat fee of $250 for the Phone Coaching component of DBT, as this is not covered by insurance.

DBT Skills Group

This group is currently telehealth. Accepting all Blue Cross, Tufts Private (not MassHealth), Optum (United Health Care), Harvard Pilgrim plans and private pay. This 24 week educational group covers all 4 modules of DBT Skills: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation and Interpersonal Effectiveness. Rolling admission at the start of each new module every 6-10 weeks. Each session starts with a mindfulness practice and homework review. Then 1-3 skills are introduced every week. I currently have a waitlist for this group. Clients must have an individual therapist. Please reach out with any additional questions.
