I have experience working with everything from situational depression and anxiety to alcoholism/addiction, to more severe cases of chronic mental illness. I work as a collaborator with clients seeking to become their best possible selves in the midst of the various setbacks and stressors that modern life confronts us with. We will take into consideration the connection between mind, body, and spirit and the habits of thought and reaction that can keep us stuck in unsatisfactory patterns. I also offer supervision to LMHCA clinicians.
