I specialize in working with clients with anxiety/depression, men's issues, avoidance behaviors, and general mood/emotion regulation. In my time as a therapist, I have also worked with individuals struggling with eating disorders, OCD, and bipolar. I received foundational training in DBT, which I often use as a framework for sessions. Prior to working in private practice, I worked as a school counselor for ten years, and enjoy working with students struggling with school anxiety. My number one priority is to set a non-judgmental, trusting atmosphere in sessions. I look forward to meeting with you and learning about your journey!

With adults, I specialize in working with those struggling as a result of a recent loss (or relationship change), life change, or long-term history with anxiety and depression.
