As a psychotherapist, I provide a supportive and relational space where collaboratively, we can work together to bring about positive change in your life. My treatment approach focuses on the mind-body connection through the support of my psychodynamic background along with my interest in IFS (parts work), Polyvagal Theory, and other evidence-based treatment modalities such as CBT and DBT.
I have been providing clinical support here in Western MA since 2014 with people of all ages. I am a creative and compassionate individual who values connection. My aim is to support people in how to better understand their thoughts and emotions, self-regulate, and connect positively with others.
