I have been in private practice for over 17 years. I work with people who are dealing with Anxiety and depression disorders. During the time in private practice, I stared to see more adolescent clients. I believe that my experience in music and athletics have helped me in developing a rapport with the adolescent population. I became extremely interested in psychology in sports, and the impact the mental game can have on an athletic performance. I enjoy helping athletes improve their mental game and getting the best performance they can on a consistent basis. I also offer neurofedback to those who want an alternative to medicine.
