I currently work in Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs, helping teens who struggle with big emotions, self-harm, substance use, and mood concerns. I use a blend of DBT and CBT to help teens build practical coping and decision-making skills they can use daily.
