In my approach, you will be supported and guided in an empathetic and therapeutic environment while you address your personal challenges and complete your goals. I use cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness-based interventions, often combined with neurofeedback, to help clients bring change to their lives. My approach to therapy will help clients improve emotional regulation, self-control, mood, cognitive functioning, and build greater resiliency to the many stresses of life.
Neurofeedback is often sought out by individuals who aren't improving with medication or counseling, or want a holistic and lasting approach to their wellbeing. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, PTSD, and ADHD using traditional approaches to counseling. When combined with neurofeedback clients, often experience changes that are more enduring.
