Such challenges include (but are not limited to) feelings of deep sadness, anxiety, anger, frustration, exhaustion, unexpected loss, a sense of being stuck in life, or dissatisfaction with the quality of our relationships.
I offer a listening, compassionate ear to help you sort through your current life challenge(s). I bring an integrative approach to therapy, utilizing cognitive-behavioral, solutions-focused, and person-centered methods.
I would love the opportunity to walk alongside you in this portion of your journey, helping you find your strength. I work primarily with older teenagers and adults (aged 17 and up). My regular work hours are Tuesday thru Thursday, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Please call to check for availability.
