I have training in mindfulness, self compassion work, and DBT skills that we can discuss to build your toolbox. I specialize in helping you see your life as manageable and creating new habits so that you can be who you want. My hope is that you leave session feeling listened to and given tools you need to improve your wellness.
My hope is to help process what you are going through, and provide helpful skills that can address your needs so that you feel like you can handle whatever shows up outside of our sessions. My specialty is in Dialectical Behavior Therapy which focuses on staying present, handling tough emotions and experiences, and building healthy relationships.
