I focus on building a relationship with my clients so they feel safe to talk about what's going on without throwing a bunch of clinical jargon at them. This can be tough work, my goal is to provide a meaningful experience and help you figure things out.
I believe everyone has the choice to process at their own pace and which skills they will build. I have resources that I can share, we can review these skills in session that can be used to address the issues you want to face. I have experience and knowledge in this field, but the client is the expert in their lives. I'm here to listen and facilitate.
