I decided to become a therapist because of my own struggles with mental health issues especially as an adolescent and young adult. I want to take these awful experiences and use them as motivation to help others. If you are an over thinker, I believe I can help. I work with engineers, executives, health care professionals, teachers, and pretty much any person who is in a profession that tends to reward perfectionism and over analysis.
After years of trying to help people to “fix” their thought like, I have come to accept that our thoughts can be too loud, too scary, and sometimes too bizarre, and while we can’t always stop those thoughts or change them, we don’t have to let them control us or define us, others, and the world around us. I help people to move toward their dreams and value.

I am an Approved Supervisor for those pursuing LPC-MHSP status, either in person or through virtual supervision. I have 5+ years & 12 hours of Supervision training. I work hard to create a collaborative, experiential, and values-driven learning environment. We will discuss cases, challenges, and navigate the six core processes of ACT. We'll use experiential exercises, role-plays, and case conceptualization to enhance your skill & foster authenticity in your therapeutic work. We'll work with openness and curiosity, focusing on opportunities for learning and growth. I'd be honored to help you grow as a therapist.
