Asking for help can be a judgmental and challenging process. Sometimes, the world can feel like a big place and even when surrounded by others, you may feel isolated, and alone. Working with me through therapy will help empower you to live as your most authentic self with zest, passion, and courage. Confronting your challenges will never not be scary, but you do not have to do it alone. Whether you are feeling sad, anxious, hurt, or scared, through therapy, we will develop the tools together for you to face whatever life challenges arise.
I utilize several evidenced-based approaches such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), to name a few. Ultimately, I tailor my approaches to fit the clients I am working with, as every challenge a person faces is truly unique to their experiences and self.
I'm a champion and fierce advocate of self-compassion and kindness. More often than not, we are not encouraged to take up space, be selfish, and to say no when we need the reprieve. You already possess the ability and capacity to be your own advocate and champion, but together, we can navigate through your challenges and have your goals drive your progress.
