About
Chances are therapy will help you learn tools to understand more deeply what you are trying to communicate about your emotional lives. We are all in relationships emotionally, whether at work, or school, or in your personal life. The communication in these relationships may break down. Here, you will learn tools for identifying the reasons why, and learn what can be done to improve the situation. Improvement will include deeper understanding and clearer communication with others.
In recent years after I returned from Europe, I have been developing an approach in therapy based primarily on Communication and Affect, what I call Affect duet, the emotional dance between individuals, a basis for communication and learning. I am teaming with clients to understand more deeply what we were trying to communicate your personal experience.
To get started you can contact me using the link on this page. All sessions are by telehealth, though if you have in mind a therapist to see face-to-face, I would be happy to help by directing you to someone who matches up well with your needs and situation.
