My approach is eclectic & client-centered, combining CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Gestalt techniques. I often work with individuals navigating divorce and/or struggling with co-parenting dynamics. I also work with survivors of cardiac events, offering thoughtful guidance and emotional support through those transitions.
