Are you struggling with depression or anxiety? We all struggle at some point in our lives. I work with you to help you develop skills to not only address your current struggles, but also future struggles. I utilize Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy to help you become more aware of your own core values which direct your emotional responses and choices and to help make necessary changes that assist you to live a fulfilling life.
I work with children, adolescents and adults. My internship training and post-doc training provided specialized training in working with children and adolescents. My current practice involves approximately 70% adolescents, ages 12-28.
I have two colleagues who are licensed professional counselors working with me; Dr. Saul, who specializes in crisis and marital therapy, and Sheba Daniel, MS, who treats teens to adult. I also have one counselor, Salena Tarnawski, MS, who is a LAPC, completing her licensing hours who works on a sliding scale with children and teens.
