I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with over 4 years of experience in the mental health field. I am passionate about helping adolescents and adults navigate a variety of challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and relationship issues.
I completed my Master's degree in Counseling at Westfield State University, and my approach is rooted in a collaborative, person-centered therapy (PCT) and trauma-informed care (TIC). This allows me to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds while integrating a variety of treatment modalities to best meet each individual’s needs.
