I am a clinical psychologist licensed in New York and New Jersey. I specialize in Child and Adolescent Psychology and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, and related difficulties. I believe strongly that there should be no mysteries in therapy. Goals are best served if they are clearly established. Children, adolescents and their families deserve to be part of creating those goals and should know when they are being achieved. Therapy should be practical and based on the available relevant research evidence.
I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, the most evidenced based psychotherapy available for a variety of different difficulty areas. I offer individual therapy as well as parent support in my practice, and value the use of multiple modalities of support, including biofeedback.
