Depression, anxiety, PTSD, and life transitions are my specialties. Specifically, I help people "unhook" from old patterns of thinking, create new ways of coping, and learn to be more present in their day to day lives. All of this can create a sense of peace and purpose allowing you to be more authentically who you are.
