I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, educator, and former teacher. I believe the power of healing lies in being connected to others, and collaboration is the heart of my practice. I incorporate several perspectives into my work including Family Systems, Cognitive-Behavioral, and Experiential Psychology. Most important is a belief that everyone can recover. No matter what your goals are in therapy, I will join you on your journey with empathy and support.
I have experience working with diverse populations and individuals at every stage of the lifespan. I work with youth, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I am experienced in assisting individuals manage the long-term impact of trauma and persistent mental illness as well as difficulty adjusting to everyday stresses.
