I have a special interest in working with marginalized populations. I enjoy helping those who've been othered, scapegoated, and discriminated against. I'm committed to creating a brave space that prioritizes safety for you.
I typically use techniques from Interpersonal and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I want to help you explore new behaviors and ideas about yourself, and put difficult events in new perspectives. I approach counseling from an integrative perspective of evidence-based practices.
