With a variety of therapeutic tools at my disposal, I find the best outcomes occur when there is a genuine motivation for change. My expertise includes working with marital, parental, anxiety, and depressive challenges, trauma, and personal crises requiring intervention. I am passionate about counseling, coaching, and guiding clients to live fully in the present, free from self-limiting beliefs or behavior patterns that no longer serve them. Specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma, addictions, relational unfaithfulness, and narcissistic personality traits. Certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Brainspotting, and EMDR. Also I am a certified Amen Brain Health Coach. I work to help clients achieve emotional healing and well-being.
