I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, a Certified Basic ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy) Practitioner, and have completed basic training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). I take pride in offering these evidence-based, effective methods that help clients release pain from the past and live more freely in the present.
