About me
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida with 26 years of professional experience come this August. I am also a Qualified Supervisor for new interns.
Originally from Brooklyn, NY, and East Brunswick, NJ until age 23, then moved to Pembroke Pines, Jupiter, now residing in Sarasota, FL.
I have personally conquered Bipolar Disorder, ADHD, Major Depression, Anxiety, OCD, CPTSD, Codependency, Divorce, Custody, and Parenting Issues.
I have the ability to mend relationships, as I have brought my relationship with my wife from shambles to diamonds, and our "ship" is still moving North in the direction we both want, despite our differences and disagreements along the way.
There is no more all-or-nothing thinking or engagement in back-n-forth arguments or break-ups; instead, there is peace, love, cooling off, and acceptance of our different love languages, personalities, and brain designs.
I am 6 years and 7 months sober from marijuana, as well as from the addictions of gambling, sex, and buying expensive cars beyond my means.
