I see clients for individual therapy and psychological evaluations. My approach is individualized and based on my clients' needs, personal background, and goals. My therapy approach utilizes cognitive-behavioral, interpersonal, & existential modalities, adapted specifically for my clients. I also incorporate positive psychology elements by being person-centered, non-judgmental, & utilizing strengths in developing goals & a plan for treatment. My clients can expect to gain insight into the nature of their difficulties, with an individualized plan for progress and improved functioning.
I specialize in individual therapy, psychological evaluations, and consultation services. The evaluations I perform include cognitive/intellectual assessment, diagnostic clarification, and general evaluation of psychological functioning.
Often people avoid therapy because they are worried about being judged, criticized, or misunderstood. I feel confident that you will find me to be a genuinely accepting, understanding, and caring person. I use a supportive approach to help client's strive for the changes they want to achieve.
